HERE'S WHAT TO DO NEXT

1) First, watch my welcome video and get a quick rundown on the challenge.

2) Join the 10 Pound Takedown Challenge - September 2020  Facebook Group. It's where the challenge content will be delivered. Click on the image below to go to the page, then click "Join" so we can add you. Be sure to answer the 3 questions we ask so we can quickly verify your registration.
3) Click the button below to Download Your Tracking Sheets and Ebook. There will be:
  • A Weight/Water/Sleep Tracker

  • ​What Do I Eat list

  • ​A Code Red Rules list

  • ​"Code Red Guide To Consistent Weight Loss" Ebook

Download and print your tracking sheet, and your What Do I Eat and Code Red Rules lists. Put them someplace you can see them every day.


Download and read the Guide To Consistent Weight Loss as soon as possible.
4) Get familiar with the challenge Frequently Asked Questions by Clicking the Button below. They answer several of the most common questions I get on every challenge.
5) Be sure to submit your starting weight beginning Saturday, September 12th at 6:00 a.m. MDT until Tuesday, September 15th at 11:59 MDT! There's thousands of dollars in prizes up for grabs, and without a correctly submitted starting weight from you, I can't consider you for a prize.  Make sure you aren't wearing any clothes, and that the picture you take shows your toes and the number on your digital scale. Use the email address that you used to sign up for the challenge, and plan to use it again when you submit your ending weight at the end of the challenge.
6) Finally, as you wait for the challenge to start, please get familiar with the support site my team and I set up for you. This site is how you'll communicate with me if you have questions or concerns. Go here and click Help Desk to check it out.
 
Your special gift from Cristy will ship soon. If you ordered the starter kit, that is also on the way. You'll get an email when those items ship.
 
If you ordered a digital product during registration, such as the audio & digital book or the "What's Eating You" online course, be on the lookout for a separate email with your access instructions.
